01_REQUIREMENT & SYSTEM ASSESSMENT
We begin by understanding the drilling operation, required tank capacity, equipment configuration, fluid-handling requirements, site conditions, and client specifications. This assessment establishes the technical basis for developing a practical mud system or tank solution.
02_ENGINEERING DESIGN & CONFIGURATION
Our engineering team develops the system layout, tank configuration, equipment arrangement, and technical details according to project requirements. Designs are developed with consideration for functionality, accessibility, structural integrity, and efficient drilling-site operation.
03_FABRICATION & EQUIPMENT ASSEMBLY
Approved designs are transformed into equipment through controlled fabrication, welding, assembly, and component integration. Mud tanks, reserve systems, centrifugal skids, frac tanks, and customized components are manufactured with attention to accuracy and workmanship.
04_INSPECTION & SYSTEM TESTING
Completed equipment is inspected for dimensions, weld quality, structural condition, connections, and overall workmanship. Applicable testing and quality checks are carried out before the system is released for delivery and field installation.
05_DELIVERY, INSTALLATION & FIELD SUPPORT
The completed system is prepared for transportation and delivered to the drilling location. Rig Tech provides technical support during installation and commissioning to help ensure the equipment is correctly positioned, connected, and ready for reliable drilling operations.
